If you wish a blank item from the matrix of one of our PTs you can contact us and we will arrange the shipping/order as soon as it is available (sample can be shipped together with other samples and save shipping costs).

NOTE: All blanks provided along the PT sample will belong to a different lot/group than the used to obtain the PT samples.
