Before the shipping we will send you an email with the instructions/recommendations of the proficiency test and to confirm the distribution date and estimated arrival of the sample/s to your facilities.

Once the sample is picked up and a estimated arrival is estimated you will receive an email with the tracking code of the package and be notified if any exception takes place along the transit.

We kindly remind you that you have two working days to notify if the sample or the package has any problem, we will study the case and if proceeds TestQual will substitute de damaged sample.
