TestQual is working as usual. We are following at all times the recommendations of the OMS and the pertinent authorities.

From TestQual and all our team, we take very seriously the prevention and contention measures against this virus.

We are doing everything in our hand to ensure all our clients and our shippings takes places without any exception/problem, however, a little few shippings might be affected if either the destination or some country in which the package makes connection has isolated, has increased its controls or the number of flights have been reduced or delayed.

All the TestQual's team it is in charge of making sure you receive your package and samples in optimal conditions. For those shippings that require customs dispatch special isothermal boxes are used and we use a -21ºC refrigerated system and packing which can hold the temperature chain 7 more times than other packages and shippings.

However and even with all the previous, we cannot be held responsible for something outside our good practices and reach.

Intercontinental shippings with customs dispatch will always be done Mondays and if everything goes as usual the samples should arrive before the weekend.

TestQual has shipped to almost all continents with satisfactory results for the participants, where our samples have arrived keeping the temperature chain satisfactorily.
